Way of Water Therapeutics™ is based on shifting our bodies out of fight or flight, into a calm, relaxed, grounded state. We can do this by guiding our nervous systems from the sympathetic back into the parasympathetic.
Employing the use of buffing, kneading, guided breathwork, visualization, essential oils, and feather-light touch, we gently guide the mind back into the body and the body back into a relaxed and calm parasympathetic state.
