The 5th St Homestead is a unique urban place with a vision to support community offerings and to grow local networks. The space is on the grounds of a historic homestead built in the the late 19th century. It has been lovingly tended and harkens back to a simpler time. The location and amenities create an ideal private space for community to gather, build wellness, share our gifts, uplift our spirits, and connect for mutual support and fulfillment.

WHAT IS GONGFU TEA?

“Gongfu Tea” means making tea with skill. A time honored tradition and practice that requires a certain level of effort, dedication, passion and humility by the person who is pouring the tea. After many years of practice, the tea master cultivates a deep connection to the tea leaves & tea ware. It is from this connection that the greatest gifts of the ritual and ceremony can be exchanged between the person pouring and those receiving.
